SLAPS Pickleball Shipping Policy
Processing & Shipping Times
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days (additional fees apply).
- International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned for future international shipping options!
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $100.
- Expedited Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Stolen Packages
SLAPS Pickleball is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier first. If further assistance is needed, reach out to slapspickleball@gmail.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] with photos and order details. We’ll make it right!
