SLAPS Pickleball Returns & Refunds Policy

Our Commitment

We want you to love your SLAPS Pickleball gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Final Sale items, gift cards, and custom products are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us at slapspickleball@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or model? Let us know—we’ll send a replacement once we receive the original item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of an error on our part.
